Overpriced breakfast.

In general I had top-notch, nicely decorated room, beds were comfortable. The location was peaceful for Dallas, near to Business Center and restaurant and the Galleria across the road. Local fast food option Five Guys was 15 minutes walk away.

Immaculate, relaxing room and reasonably priced with handy access, queen beds, the shower. Heated pool, marvellous location in an extremely cramped area. Based short walk to downtown, and many shops and restaurants.

Enjoyed our executive king suite with a bedroom. the hotel is in a great location next to the "Business Center" and the mall for any last-minute fashion needs. - Easy access to the movie theater.

It was reasonably priced, the hotel was clean, and the staff were extremely great and courteous. The absolutely fantastic breakfast had a wide array of meals and the food I tasted was delicious. The property's location was amazing, just next door to a large shopping center that has many shops and downtown Dallas and Love Field airport and restaurants including Beltline. It also was right next door to the galleria. Tbh, had a very comfortable stay for two nights on a business trip.

The staff here are so helpful, and the services are great. They have an awesome variety of delicious food. the beds are super comfy, and they even provide an iron and air conditioning in the room. Plus, there's a lobby bar where you can grab hot drinks. ☕

The room was a nice size with safety measures, climate control, and a lounge chair. the location was peaceful and easy in the Dallas area. the view was great. It was close enough to shopping centers, restaurants, and the so-called "Business Center.

Our room was well priced and provided with 2 full size beds and the tiniest coffee pot, as for instance. The location met expectation, it was stunning and excellent to the mall for a last-minute emergency fashion purchase.

The location is great, situated in the Galleria district near restaurants on Beltline Rd, the "Business Center," and stores. the rooms are modern and high-quality, featuring a King size bed and fantastic views.

This place is fantastic! It is in an extremely convenient location directly across from the Galleria. I fell in love with the excellent service provided by the staff, who showed great hospitality. Moreover, this hotel has great customer service, starting with the wake-up service they provide, the laundry, and dry cleaning services. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed with excellent amenities, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a lovely leisure facility, and they also have a fitness centre for those looking to stay in shape while away from home.

I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and top-quality service in a very comfortable and convenient location.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded high expectations, would recomand it. The rooms were updated and huge with couch, queen beds, the fridge, and I had a good stay overall. The service was all in all good. Btw, they asked me to pay usd 15 per 24 hours for Internet, that's typical.
